Sienna’s Life Is ‘Intolerable’

Actress Sienna Miller’s life has been made ‘intolerable’ by a 24-hour paparazzi presence, her lawyer said yesterday.

26 year-old Miller is taking legal action against photographic agency Big Pictures (UK) Limited and its founder, Darryn Lyons, claiming they are guilty of harassment and invasion of privacy, Reuters reports.

At a preliminary hearing in London’s High Court, Miller’s lawyer David Sherborne claimed that Miller had suffered ‘substantial alarm, fear and enormous distress’ at the hands of the photographers in question.

Sherborne also said that Miller had endured ‘a campaign of harassment’ since the end of June, ‘despite requests to desist’. He went on to argue that the ‘relentless pursuit’ was so out of control that it violated her human rights.

Other accusations read out in court stated that the star had been chased on numerous occasions while driving, as well as being targeted while abroad and even while walking her dogs with her mother.

The hearing continues.
